1. Master Data Management

The correct management of the master data of your company is a fundamental aspect for guaranteeing the coherence and tracking of processes. This module allows you, among other things, to setup the organizational structure, business partners (customers, vendors etc) and products

2. Procurement Management

This module covers the processes of requesting and purchasing goods needed for your organization. The procurement management handles everything from making purchase orders, creating goods receipts and making invoices.

3. Warehouse Management

Fundamentally, warehouse management is the physical management of inventory. A warehouse can contain raw materials, work-in-process inventory, finished goods, supplies, and possibly repair parts. The warehouse management module also allows you to control all the processes in a warehouse, for instance receiving and dispatching goods.

4. Production Management

This module provides process manufacturers with the means to plan and schedule, track and analyze, and direct and operate their procedures. Production Management involves defining the desired inventory levels, defining resources of equipment, labor, and material needed and the availability of the resources needed.

5. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

MRP covers the two main processes needed to be defined for planning production: manufacturing and purchasing, and provides you with the tools you need to plan your production. The Manufacturing Plan recommends work requirements and material requirements needed for the production. The Purchase Plan generates purchase orders using for example material requirements and sales for input.

6. Sales Management

This module includes all activities related to Customer Sales, such as Sales Orders, Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing and Reporting.

7. Project & Service Management

This module is orientated towards companies whose activities are based on the delivery of projects and services. Project & Service Management allows for the management of budgets, phases, tasks, resources expenses and purchases related with each individual project.

8. Financial Management

The financial management and accounting functionalities provided by Openbravo ERP are designed to minimize manual data input on behalf of the user, thereby freeing them from tedious, routine tasks and allowing greater focus on other, more value added tasks. This module covers, among other things, chart of accounts, accounts, budgets, taxes, general accounting, bank accounting, balance sheet, fixed assets, etc.
